Can I tell you how proud I am of Chase! He is doing so good in soccer now! I wouldn't be so proud if I wasn't so close to thinking "maybe soccer just isn't for him!" He is dribbling around kids and even scored two goals in his last game today! But the BEST part of all is he is LOVING it and having a BLAST! His victory dance after he scores is PRICELESS!

Addison had her 18th month check-up this morning! Of course, she looked perfect! She weighed 23 1/2 lbs. (50%) and was 32 1/2 inches long (75%)! She did very well with her shots, cried for a second and was over it!
Our trip up north was fabulous! We spent four days in Ohio!I am having trouble pulling those pictures up, but will continue to try! The kids had a blast climbing trees, playing with friends, and especially Chase playing football with Mommy's cousins and his new best friend, Ronnie aka Rattlesnake! Poor Caden got sick and was throwing us six of the ten days we were gone! He was a real trooper though and made the best of his days! Once in Indiana, we went to an apple orchard, pumkin patch, had family pictures taken, carved pumpkins, had a bon fire, roasted marshmallows, played with out cousins, etc. The fun goes on and on! What a great trip!Comments:Add a comment:

A quick update...Chase has finally had the lightbulb go on in soccer! He has played three seasons, and FINALLY realized he should go for the ball! The last two games he fought for the ball and even scored a goal...in the right goal as he would say! We are so happy! Last weekend we had a bit of a scare...we lost our dogs and monkey (aka Caden's lifeline!) I'm not sure which was more scary! The boys got to experience making "LOST DOG" signs and posting them...then waiting for someone to call. After two days and several phone calls from people "spotting the dogs," we found them at the pound! YEAH! We also found Monkey inside a toy in the playroom closet, phew! Friday we leave to go visit our family in Ohio and then swing over to see our Indiana family! We are so excited...we can't wait! Be sure to check back in a week for pictures!
